How difficult is the service to use? I'm not really IT savvy
We've made our service for everybody! You dont need be be an IT boffin to use it.
If terms like HTML, CSS & CSV give you the chills - you'll be pleasently surprised with our service.
Though if you ARE an IT boffin - we've got you covered too.
Is the service unlimited?
The amount of contacts you can store, newsletters produced, emails and SMSes sent is effectively unlimited.
Though we do ask you abide by our fair use policy to make our offering fair to everyone.
How many SMSes do I get for my subscription?
A common question. The short answer is thousands!
So long as you dont abuse our fair use policy - we give you free unmetered access.
Can I change the content and frequency of my initial automated SMSes and emails?
Most definately! The content and frequency of all the automated communications may be amended at any time.
How often can I send newsletters?
Every day if you are really keen! We’d suggest monthly - but it's up to you.
Does my newsletter go to all people in my contact list?
You can select any or all of the contacts you wish to distribute the newsletter to.
Depending on how your contacts are managed, you'll have different filters available to you within the suite.
How do I add my contact list?
We offer a few methods of importing and managing your records. You can upload a spreadsheet as a file, or copy/paste its rows directly into our contact manager.
Of course you can also key in each contact too. Some of our IT partners can offer to migrate your entire contact database for a small charge.
Can I measure my message activity? What reports are available?
Of course! Our services have many reports available to you. Many you'd expect as standard, though some may really impress you.
How much does it cost?
We provide all The Contact Loop suite's tools as a complete bundle for only $99 per month.
This includes the online CRM tools, newsletter builder, email campaigns and SMS text messaging.
How do I pay?
You simply pay as you go. At signup, you'll pay for your first month. Thereafter you will automatically be billed each month.
No contracts, no catches.
What payment methods do you accept?
Currently we accept payments via the popular PayPal service, though you can use major credit/debit cards too.
Why PayPal? Given alot of the security scares online these days, we've decided not to store any financial details.
PayPal has been around for along time, conduct millions on transactions a day, and are a trusted ecommerce provider.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel from your account page, or directly via PayPal. As we charge by the month, you are not locked into any contracts or commitment of any kind.
Of course we hope you don't leave us - so we'll keep your account open for three months in case you change your mind.
Will you sell my data to third parties?
No. Never ever.
Will you send advertising to my contact list?
No. Never ever.

We may promote services of interest to you via our homepage, but its entirely up to you if you click on them.
We may need to send you important account or system information from time to time, but we will not send you unsolicited advertising.
