The issue

The principals of The Connect Loop have many years of experiences as owners multi disciplined businesses, including IT programming, online platform development & Fleet/vehicle management.

We found all of our business interests really benefited from pro-active client communication;

Of course all of this took increasing resources for us to do properly. Though we knew it had to be done, we could not find an efficient solution to address this seemingly common requirement of doing good businesses.

Clearly there was a need for businesses for a better way to keep their customers, clients & colleagues in the loop. Thats where The Contact Loop was born.


The solution

The Contact Loop has helped automate all regular client communication throughout the year, including BAS and tax reminders by email and sms. Additional contact has been easy using the ad hoc messaging feature and newsletter service. I have been so pleased with the Contact Loop program that I have referred it to my preferred clients who have experienced the same great results!

A car dealership...

We use The Contact Loop to provide better after sales service and customer management. Customers now receive regular communications from us, including alerts for upcoming services, warranty expirations and regular ‘hints and tips’ through the newsletter function. Vehicles can now be booked in for service by sms and clients informed of important messages such vehicle recalls through The Contact Loop as they arise.

A child care centre...

Since using The Contact Loop, we have increased our centre occupancy rate through better parent communication and the use of the automated referral program. We used to have a dedicated individual being responsible for the centres newsletters - taking up 3 or 4 days a month to build. The Contact Loop now does the same thing in 5 minutes! The automated email and sms messaging program provides a great interaction with parents and has increased their level of dialogue with our centre - helping us provide better services for their children.

We have used The Contact Loop to manage our client communications, automating a lot of regular interaction that used to be done manually (if they were done at all! ).
